Weddings are often thought of as a summery event, and this summer we did some beautiful weddings in the New Forest and Southampton at some fab venues, but now comes the time for Autumnal, Winter and my favourite, Christmas Weddings! Autumn is my favourite time of year, when the cold bites and everyone cosies up in coats and hats and the trees line the streets with a splashes of crunchy orange leaves waiting for those frosty mornings, I just love it!

The cold weather can put some people off, but Winter Weddings can be so beautiful, especially in the New Forest and Southampton. Think cosy venues, candle light, open fires, rich colours and beautiful festive flowers! Jane Bidwell Flowers did their first Autumn Wedding very recently, the bridal bouquet can be seen below, I think the colours are so lovely and are perfect for an October Wedding with a festive twist!
